Alaska’s Untamed
Waters

Hoodoo Lodge on the Alaska Peninsula is one of the state’s last untouched sport fishing destinations and one of the few places where fly fishing for king salmon thrives. Here, fishing is fast and furious for kings, silvers, reds, and chums, with little competition for prime water.

With two locations on both the Hoodoo River (Sapsuk) and Sandy River, Hoodoo Lodge sits on land within the Alaska Peninsula National Wildlife Refuge overlooking the river, with both lodges just 10 miles from the Bering Sea. Surrounded by glaciers, volcanoes, and valleys alive with wildlife, this is the Alaska you’ve always imagined: pristine, rugged, and remote.

Because we are one of only two lodges on the river, guests enjoy true solitude and unmatched access to world-class fishing. Step out the back door and onto the water for hard-fighting, ocean-bright salmon that test even the most seasoned angler.

At Hoodoo Lodge, you’ll experience luxury in the wild and adventure at the edge of the world.
